General provisions

By using softify.dev, you accept the rules described in this document. I reserve the right to update it ‑ the current version applies from the date shown at the bottom of the page, and data is processed in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Krystian Liński, operating a sole proprietorship, NIP: 7742716594, REGON: 542926479.

What data I collect

The site doesn't require registration or an account ‑ the only place where you share your data is the contact form. You provide your name, email address, and message content; providing this data is voluntary but necessary for me to reply to your inquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

I process this data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR ‑ to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where no contract is concluded, the basis is my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conducting business correspondence.

Retention period

I keep inquiry data for no longer than 12 months from the last contact. If we start working together, I keep it for the duration of the collaboration plus any period required by law, e.g. tax regulations.

Recipients of your data

I don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be accessed by trusted service providers I use to run my business ‑ such as hosting or email ‑ who are bound to confidentiality. Data isn't transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies

This site uses one strictly necessary cookie (lang) that remembers your language choice ‑ without it, you'd have to pick a language on every visit. With your consent, I also run Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to analyze site traffic ‑ you can withdraw consent anytime from the footer. Without consent, no additional cookies are set.

  • rectify or complete your data
  • erase your data
  • restrict processing
  • data portability
  • object to processing
  • not be subject to automated profiling
